Kevin C. Lunsford is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, County, Family and Appellate Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He is the Owner and Primary Mediator at Gainesville Divorce Mediation and has been providing mediation and arbitration services in Florida since 2001. Kevin also served as the Program Manager for the Third Judicial Circuit's Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program from 2010 to 2012. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (www.NADN.org) and its local Chapter, the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society, (www.floridamediators.org) both invitation only organizations. In addition to his private ADR practice, Kevin also serves as a family contract mediator for the Third, Eighth, and Fourteenth Judicial Circuits. He is the former President of the Association of North Central Florida Mediators (www.ancfm.org) and a former Director of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (2012-2013). Kevin has served as a Primary Trainer for Florida's Family Mediation Training Programs since 2010 and has authored several mediation and arbitration training manuals. In January 2013, the Florida Supreme Court appointed Kevin to the Mediator Qualifications Board (MQB) for a four year term. Kevin's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. Kevin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988 and has more than 25 years of experience in divorce mediation.
